Party or witness depositions, hearing transcripts, and examinations under oath are $.50 per page.

 

Expert witness testimony and expedited service (less than 48 hours from receipt) are $.65 per page. 

 

Expedited service (less than 24 hours from receipt) is $1.00 per page.   

                                       

In the case of expedited service, please contact me in advance to ensure that I am available.  

 

I also reserve the right to charge the expedited rate for excessively messy transcripts that have not been scoped prior to receipt.  I will always contact you first if this becomes necessary.

When you get in touch with me, I will send you my preferences form and ask that you fill it out and return it to me. There are some grammar and punctuation rules that are etched in stone, but there are a lot of rules that are style choices. The preferences form is a shortcut designed to inform me of your particular style so we can avoid some confusion on my end and frustration on yours.

Now, this is how the magic happens. You send me a transcript in StenoCAT or PDF form. If you don't know how to convert your transcript to PDF, I can help. As soon as I see it, I will email to let you know I received it. Once I receive it, I annotate right on the page or in StenoCAT, whichever you prefer. In the PDF form you’ll see the annotations in RED and YELLOW. Most proofread transcripts are emailed back within 48 to 72 hours.
